Module refactor
This project focused on the complete refactoring of Syngular's core Bank Reconciliation module, a critical but highly complex process. The initiative was necessary due to low feature adoption rates and significant user frustration stemming from poor clarity in the reconciliation process (matching transactions vs. system data).

Challenge & Solution: The original screen was robust, presenting users with an overwhelming volume of information, much of it irrelevant to the immediate task, leading to high abandonment rates.
Following the redesign and testing phase, the refactored module achieved acceptable approval and significant adoption across the vast majority of Syngular's client base, successfully turning a complex, high-friction process into a usable and reliable feature.
